In February 2026, Westside Cleaners is moving to a top-ranked platform, CleanCloud. The application is used by thousands of dry cleaners and laundry service providers worldwide. It provides stronger item tracking, operational insights, and customer service improvements.

What do I need to do?
Walk-in customer? You do not need to do anything!
Pick-up and delivery customer?
We will need to re-enter your credit card on file by mid-February.
The system features a new secure payment gateway.
Westside cannot transfer credit card info, because we do not store it. The processors do behind a secure gateway.
We'll be calling from the store phone number to re-type your card info into the new gateway.
You also can call us at 561-575-5150 to provide your card information.

Why are you changing systems?
We bought Westside in 2025, and after much effort, the current system just has too many bugs.
We evaluated 3 other systems and decided on CleanCloud.
CleanCloud is a large, stable, and widely used software provider to our industry.

How does this impact my clothes and my costs?
The system is expected to track your items better. It enables us to make clear, quick notes about stains and special care. We can take and store photos of your items. We also will be able to communicate by text, email, and phone in a more integrated and trackable way. What does this mean for your costs? Nothing. There will be no change to our prices. The software is an investment in better customer care and quality.
